Why i said so?

Well,

Im gonna tell you a bit of my make up journey that makes me who I am now.

its just a bit..but just want to share you to let you know that its not an easy wizzy job at all..

Every girls has a different skin tone, skin type, eyeshape, EYELID (ITS DAMN CHALLENGING!), bone structure, etc etc...
so if i do makeup for 100 girls, it means i have to create 100 different creations!

so what it takes is Practice..Practice...and Practice...

jam terbang (experience) is actually the key. Meeting different people, with a short time frame..we have to be able to set our mood right.

what challenges me the most during my experiences is:

1. ACCIDENT - from cutting my finger accidentally by eyebrow cutter, until hit by motorcycle in the early morning 4AM when i had to do make up for bride's sister!!!

it was around 2 months ago when the big accident happened. I drove alone heading to Sunter area. suddenly my car was hit so badly and so hard by a motorcycle and the motor driver fainted and blooded on the road. and the passenger also blooded and hurts. no choice i had to bring them to Hospital. their friends came to see them and ask for my responsibility to pay ALL THE BILLS!!!
in fact THEY HITTED MY CAR!!!!!!

So unfair right!
but thats INDO Law..car always wrong, Bike always right eventho they r wrong!!!!!
the bigger one always loose...

So I have to pay for all hospital bills really...its like I have to do makeup for 30 PEOPLE!

OH GOSH.... and still I have to do makeup for 3 ppl that morning. Lucky got my Hubby and my father in law taking care those guys in the hosp. so I can continue my work, my commitment. THanks God!

nah the challenges is during the makeup...i have to be able to concentrate..and FAST and FURIOUS - haha no lah...fast and gorgeous makeup for sure

Its so hard to control my mood..my concentration and my heart..
to change the anger becomes smile
worry become peace
and blooded scenery become imagining beautiful lady with my makeup...

I tell you its the worst ecperiences in my life!!!!
but The key is Pray. God with me. I can go thru this
i want my client to be happy and satisfied.

So I did that makeup, 1.5 hrs for 3 ladies..
and thanks God everything went smooth...

2. not friendly environment such as; too many people in the room making a big noise (cant concentrate), too many ppl give opinion and suggestion about what to do (cant focus), NO AIRCON (sweating like in hell), bad lighting (cant see the color well), and too short makeup chair ( making us hurts our back!!!)

3. for me, face shape, tones, type, etc is not really a big deal when all the 2 challanges above is solved ehehe as everyone is beautiful in their own way and my make up style is honest..natural..and flawlessly beautiful.

We don't wear make up to be some one else we dont. but to cover imperfection and enhance our true beauty. even 70 , 80 yrs old lady also can be beautiful...

As for bridal make up... I believe in clean porcelain gorgeous look is the most requested look by my clients.

they wanna look different in some way..but still who they are..

What I'm happy about my profession is I could make them feel better about themselves... increase my clients self esteem even its just for a night...be honestly beautiful...and if they want, they also can pick up a self make up course with me.

I'm going to Singapore by the way for the self make up course class again on 7th/8th Dec.

hasnt final yet..but will let you know =)
